// 01the_work// receipts

I don't hand you a deck.
I show you what you can't see.

I'm not in the seat doing the keystrokes — I'm the outside eyethat finds what you can't see from inside it: the blind spot, the unknown unknown, the expensive thing nobody questioned. You get the diagnosis and the plan, and I coach your team through the fix. The agent C-suite I run keeps the mechanical work moving between sessions. You hold the keys and the final call. When the answer is a heavy, done-for-you build, we scope it inside the seat — and I stay on the hook for the outcome.

I'm not interested in being the smartest person in your inbox. I'm interested in the number going up.

I find what you can't see.

The receipts above are what surfaces when someone outside your blind spot looks in. Here's what that looks like applied to your business, across the three things a fractional CXO actually moves.

// revenue & gtm
  • Rebuild your ICP, positioning, and pricing until the right buyers lean in
  • Compress the sales cycle and rebuild the pipeline
  • Get on the calls and close — I've personally closed 60%+ of marquee recurring revenue
  • Open enterprise & C-suite doors — I ran every C-suite relationship at a company now north of $75M
// ai & automation
  • Deploy the agent C-suite — strategy, finance, ops, marketing, BD — to do the mechanical work between sessions
  • Automate the repeated decisions: the “every Monday we all get on a call and…” workflows
  • Kill the busywork first — most engagements surface an expensive thing to stop doing entirely
  • Build systems that compound, and hand you the keys — you own them, not a vendor
// the seat
  • Take a real fractional seat — CRO, COO, or CMO — embedded and part-time
  • Diagnose the bottleneck from first principles, then map the fix — no deck, no homework dumped on you
  • Coach you and your team through every move, so the capability stays in-house
  • Founder empathy and radical candor — I've sat in the seat, so I tell you the truth

The teardown is free. If I can't find money in your business worth more than my fee, you owe me nothing.

01

The free first call

A 30-minute call. We pressure-test your real bottleneck from first principles. You leave with a next move whether or not we work together.

02

A scoped plan

If there is a fit, you get a short written plan — what to build or stop, what it is worth, and what working together would look like.

03

We start

Scope and terms are set on the plan, not a rate card. The agent C-suite is primed to execute between our conversations.

If yours isn't here, just book the call — 30 minutes, no deck, no pitch.

+I'm not technical. Can you still help me?
That's the whole point. The work isn't handing you a tool — it's translating your business into a machine a tool can then execute. You stay in charge of the judgment. I handle the architecture, vendors, and wiring.
+What kinds of businesses does this actually work for?
Services, ops-heavy SaaS, agencies, professional services, trading desks — anything where humans are re-typing the same decisions. If a process has a sentence like "every Monday we all get on a call and…", it's almost always a candidate.
+Are you going to sell me an agent I don't need?
No. The loop starts with question + delete. Most engagements surface at least one expensive thing you should stop doing entirely. If the answer is 'automate nothing yet,' that's the thesis you'll get.
+What's the difference between this and an AI agency?
Agencies sell you a tool and a login, then leave. I'm a guide — I teach you to build a system that learns your business, so the leverage stays yours. The business thinking comes first; the tech comes second.
+Do you build it for me, or teach me to build it?
Teach you to build it — that's the lane. Education plus advisory, me solo, in your seat. If a build needs hands beyond mine, we scope it together and I stay responsible for the outcome.
+Do you work with software we already use?
Yes — software-agnostic. No rip-and-replace. The method builds context and AI around whatever you already run. The integration is the value; the last mile is where most AI dies, and that's exactly where the work lives.
+Do you sign NDAs and stay on?
Yes to NDAs — standard mutual. If we work together past the first call, the engagement is scoped to your situation — a diagnosis you can act on, with me or without.
+How fast can we start?
The first call usually lands inside a week. Everything after that is scoped on the call.
